BOOKING POLICIES
The www.paleovillas.com will require a valid credit card to guarantee a reservation. Please be advised the request for credit card details is to guarantee the booking.
All rooms booked with a valid credit card are guaranteed.
Any rooms booked with an invalid credit card are subject to immediate cancellation.
The provided credit card should be valid until departure day.
Please note – Prices can change due to special circumstances.
PAYMENT POLICIES
STANDARD RATE
CANCELLATION: The guest can cancel free of charge until 28 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 28 days before arrival.
PREPAYMENT: The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation in the 28 days before arrival.
NON REFUNDABLE RATE
CANCELLATION: The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time.
PREPAYMENT: The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation at any time.
MODIFICATION POLICY: If you need to change the date of arrival, the date of departure or for changes in the room category,
room requirement(s), and/or other, please contact the Hotel via email.
You will get an answer as soon as possible.
CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS POLICY: All children are welcome.

Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the manager of www.paleovillas.com , or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the manager, the manager reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest.
